collage elements, which include part of
a package from a South African brand
of cigarettes called Life, and a lithographic reproduction of sheet music
for the Sarabande from J. S. Bach’s
English Suite no. 5 in E minor (bwv
810), which is also used in the collage
Yellow Music (c706).

(see p967–p973). The collage elements
are the vertical band of white paper on
the right and the small red label on it
that reads “Made in France.” The title,
